This place is amazing! There are so many nooks and crannies to explore. I can just imagine being a wild animal hiding in one of the many caves at this place. The views from the high points are spectacular, and the hiding spots in the low places are too cool. The camp sites seemed really nice as well. Also, there was a brand new bathroom there that I used. Very nice, although some fool pooped in the urinal. Can't have anything nice!
It was cool. A nice little county Park with some solid hiking trails and good views of Horicon Marsh. There were a few nice overlooks, with steep drops. We didn't hike up the steep part of the trail but did the cave trail. I'm interested to go back and hike again.
I went a distance of 1.13 miles, which took 45 minutes round trip
Possibly the best Wisconsin county park (that is not in Door County) that I have been to so far. Certainly the best county park not on the shore of a Great Lake
Camped here for our first time and WOW🏕 What a beautiful, well maintained park. Amazing hiking trails, you would never know your in a county park. Clean bathrooms/showers. Park was completely full yet felt alone on site. Loved it. …
Beautiful campground! Unfortunately, last time we camped there, the camp host was not very welcoming. I wasn't even touching the accelerator on my car, and she was YELLING at me to slow down....I am very aware to drive slow in campgrounds and that made me never want to come back with that being my initial welcoming into the park....
Very cool place to take the family. Dangerous for todlers but awesome for your little adventurer. Let's the kids lead the way and see how many times ya backtrack. Was cool thinking about planning a camping trip.
Only downfall is, don't be too loud while vacationing. They frown upon any fun past 10pm. I'd definitely camp here again though!! Hands Down! They were lenient about cars and tents on sites. The sites were great sizes! The playground was fun! Plenty of picnic tables, grills, etc. Amazing place! Awesome trails/ledges!! ♡
Beautiful place, only wish more of it was still open during the winter
